Employers Charter
The Employers Charter sets out the expectations and responsibilities of both the Employer and the College.
What your business can expect from the College;
- To provide you with relevant and accurate information, advice and guidance in a courteous manner in accordance with the national MATRIX standards and your business needs.
- To always assess and agree a tailored training package that meets the needs of your employees.
- To respond to your training requirements within 48 hours.
- To ensure confidentiality based on the Data protection Act.
- To respect the needs of all parties, provide impartial service to everyone and to ensure that no one is less favourably treated on the grounds of sex, race, marital status, religion, disability, age, nationality, ethnic origin, sexual orientation.
What the College can expect from your business;
- To release employees to attend all training sessions.
- To complete and submit documentation in a timely manner.
- To comply with Health and Safety requirements, as stated by the College, and covers training delivered at your business or the College.
- To keep the College up to date with any further training needs.
