Start dates
As the number of places is limited, it is advisable to book as far in advance as possible. But if you have missed a deadline for a particular course, we may still be able to admit you. Always telephone or e-mail the College's administration office.
What will it cost?
Given our commitment to provide high-quality education at an affordable cost, the London Business College fees are very competitive.
A schedule of fees is set out below. Full details of tuition and other costs are provided in our leaflet What will it cost? To request a copy, e-mail, telephone or write to College Administration.
Students are reminded that they must have sufficient funds to cover both fees and living costs for the whole period of study.

Students should always pay directly to the London Business College, and should not pay any tuition fees to any third party.
The College offers two ways to pay;
- Bankers Draft

The London Business College is not responsible for any loss in payment, and it will not be held accountable for any monies paid to a third party. For any course cancellation and refund, overseas applicants must provide original evidence of visa refusal.
Fees Policy
Tuition fees are the responsibility of each student and are due before the start of each academic year. It is the student's responsibility to check with the College or the website for up to date information on fees. Please note that fees differ from course to course and are subject to review.
Payments:
A minimum deposit will be required (usually within 4 weeks of offer letter) to secure a place. See College website www.lbcollege.ac for up to date information. Payments should be made payable to London Business College and sent direct to the College. Please note no Admission letters or Certificates for Acceptance to Study (CAS) will be issued unless deposits are paid in full.
Payments may be made by the following methods only:
- Bankers draft
- Bank transfer
- Cash direct to the College
- Electronic Funds Transfer
Bankers drafts must be made payable to the London Business College. The student name and date of birth must be written clearly on the reverse of cheques and bank drafts.
The student should only pay the fees directly to the London Business College and should not, in any circumstance, be paid to a third party.
Instalments:
In extreme circumstances outstanding tuition fees can be paid by instalments with prior agreement from the Administration office.
Non payment of fees:
Students who failed to pay on due date will not be permitted to attend classes, re-enrol for the following semester/year, receive any academic awards, use the computer lab or any facilities until the debts to the College are received and/or cleared in full. Indeed, failure to pay tuition fees or make satisfactory arrangement to clear the arrears may result in expulsion from the college.
An admin charge of £30 per transaction will be added to your account where a bank draft, cheque or any payment is rejected by your bank.
Refund:
Request for refund must be made in writing, and addressed to the Registrar or Principal, along with the following documents:
- Clear copy of the refusal stamp in student passport
- Original letter of the refusal from the Visa Officer
- Copy of fee payment receipt
- Original College admission letter
- Any other document requested by the college.
If a student's application for a Visa is refused, the college will refund the student's tuition fees less a £150 Administration charge, provided all the following conditions are met:
- The student has not entered the U.K.
- The student provides the College with the original "Refusal Letter" issued by the British Embassy/High Commission and the copy of the refusal stamp in the passport.
- Where a Student has lodged an appeal, the fees will only be refunded after the College receives documentary evidence that the appeal has been dismissed.
- The original Letter of Acceptance and the receipt for fees paid must be returned to the College.
- No refund will be given to any student who withdraws or interrupts their studies.
- No refund will be made if an applicant has submitted forged or fake document, or provided us with false information or deliberately omitted details.
- No refund will be given if the refusal of the application is due to the student failing to provide evidence as required by the UKBA or High Commission, such as a lack of minimum funds required and not providing original documents as specified by the UKBA or High Commission
All deposits are non-refundable except in the case of a Visa refusal and only on production of original Visa refusal documents. Should a student have to go home or withdraw from their course early no consideration will be given to a refund. This also applies on the grounds of illness or a family member.
A student supplying false information will not be accepted. If a student has paid tuition fees and received a CAS no refund will be made if it is found that any information is missing or incorrect.
Transfers:
In order for transfers to be given consideration the deposit paid must be no more than 2 years old (from the start date of the original course booked). Deposits may be transferred to another course or another start date provided that deferrals have been agreed by the College and the UKBA and the deferred application no more than 2 years old.
However, students who have transferred to a different start date, e.g. the previous year, and paid a deposit at different rate will not be asked to pay the difference.
Registration, Exams, Accommodation & Other Services
Students studying certain courses may be required to pay an additional fee to cover the cost of exam and or registration. Students are required to seek advice prior to enrolling. For courses leading to qualifications awarded by the ABE, BCS, IAM, OTHM etc, students must pay registration and examination fees directly to the awarding body before the specified deadline.
Accommodation, living expenses and airport pickup are also not included. Please contact the College about any other services if in any doubt.
